Some rules of food for pregnant women

It is much more useful to eat rye bread, dietary saltless bread, bread from flour of a rough grinding or with bran. From confectionery flour products are acceptable crackers, not butter biscuits and a biscuit.

All bean, the garden radish, beet, boiled carrots are admissible in limited quantity. Any stewed vegetables in the form of ragout are very useful.

Sauces: dairy and fruit, low-fat and not spicy sauces, without flour, with addition of a small amount of creamy or vegetable oil are resolved.

Spices: very limited amount of salt and pepper, is possible bay leaf, cinnamon, a carnation. Mayonnaise, ketchup, adjika, spices are strictly forbidden.

Fruit and berries: any, fresh and compotes from them (without sugar).
Sweets: in case of excessively fast set of weight of sweet it is necessary to exclude.
Drinks: rather weak black and green tea, milk, juice and compotes from fruit, berries and vegetables without sugar diluted with boiled water, broths of a dogrose, a camomile.

Products harmful to pregnant women

  • Any "fast food".
  • In total without exception carbonated drinks, especially Coca-Cola and Pepsi Cola, juice in cardboard packages.
  • Confectionery from fancy and puff pastry, with cream and without, cakes, pies, chocolate, candies.
  • Condensed milk, milkshakes.
  • Firm cheese, whole milk and fermented milk products with the increased fat content, sweet yogurts, the glazed cake cheeses, syrkovy masses, cottage cheese casseroles, cheese cakes, cheesecakes.
  • Pork, mutton, duck, goose and any fat meat, fat, giblets (liver, kidneys), brains, smoked products, any sausages.
  • Fat fish, herring, salty and smoked fish, caviar.
  • Any canned and fish meat, especially in tomato sauce.
  • Whole meat, fish, mushroom broths and sauces.

  • Hard boiled eggs and fried.
  • All mushrooms in any kind.
  • Sweet fruit and berries in large numbers: grapes, melon, pears, bananas.
